Art In FLUX Harlem, in collaboration with "Blacken the Bubble", exhibit the work of visual artists and performers who use the stage or canvas as a platform for activism. We call on the public to take part in active dialogue that examines issues of race, class, sexuality and gender. Through a series of talks and panel discussions, artists, performers and invited guests alike, will take part in a critical examination of why our society is conflicted by identity. All are invited to participate, as we collectively challenge, reshape, and expand our current understanding of these issues.
