CLASS ACTION 1
CLASS ACTION is a form of protest where an individual or group defines itself based on a common interest and decides to act (or represent) that interest on behalf of the group. It is such a powerful form of social action, that consumers are routinely included in class action lawsuits as members of a class without initiating a suit themselves. Class action works. Simply the threat of class action often results in some social justice reform. Consider what our communities could accomplish if we consciously participate in social movements that serve our common interest and that require us to take action for relief? Or do we choose to opt out (not participate in joining a class or in taking any action for the common good)?TM
