Gregoire Maret is one of the world’s most sought after harmonica players.  He has recorded and toured with musical greats, ranging from Pat Metheny and Herbie Hancock to Youssou N’Dour and Meshell Ndegeocello.  A Grammy award winner for his contribution to the Pat Metheny Group’s 2005 album The Way Up, Maret made his debut as a bandleader in 2012 with his self-titled release, Gregoire Maret. Tonight, Maret brings his electrifying quartet to the Harlem Stage Gatehouse for an intimate evening of music. Their soulful ballad interpretations and breathlessly swinging renditions of up-tempo favorites will certainly change the way you think about the harmonica.
